In 2022, Dong Thap government approved Phat Dat Corporate to undertake a massive industrial park development in Cao Lanh, spanning 2,000 hectares and divided into three projects: Cao Lanh Industrial Park, Cao Lanh II Industrial Park and Cao Lanh III Industrial Park. This ambitious project, with an estimated investment of over 14.7 trillion VND, will be developed in two stages: 1,000 hectares from 2021 to 2025 and another 1,000 hectares from 2026 to 2030
