CA MAU SEAFOOD PROCESSING & SERVICE JOINT-STOCK CORPORATION was established in 1996 as a state owned corporate. The company became the joint stock company in 2006 with the trade name as “CASES”.
CASES has 5 factories specialised in Shrimp and Surimi processing. With over 25 years of experience processing Cephalopod, Surimi, Black Tiger, and Vannamei shrimp in various formats (including raw, cooked, HOSO, HLSO, PDTO, and PD), CASES has established itself as a leading shrimp processor and exporter in Vietnam.

Processing and exporting many kinds of Shrimp product: Black Tiger prawn, Vannamei shrimp under several formats as: HOSO, HLSO, HLSO EZP, PDTO, PD, Skewer, Butterfly, Nobashi,…in IQF, Block Frozen, Semi-Block Frozen and based on customers’ requirement. Capacity is about 18,000 – 20,000 tons/year.
Processing and exporting many kinds of Cephalopod such as: Cuttlefish, Octopus in Block Frozen, IQF, or in Tray. Capacity is about 2,000 – 3,000 tons/year.
Processing and exporting high quality of frozen Surimi: our Surimi is made from many kinds of Seafish such as Itoyori (Threadfin Bream), Kintokidai (Bigeye Snapper), Guchi (White Croaker), Eso (Lizardfish), Himeji (Goatfish), Ribbonfish (Hairtailfish). Capacity is about 18,000 – 20,000 tons/year.
Processing, exporting and delivering domestically Fishmeal. Capacity is about 8,000 tons/year.
