Founded on the 5th April 1997, it was initially known as Dinh Vu Industrial Zone. Since its establishment, DEEP C Haiphong I has transformed the isolated Dinh Vu – Cat Hai peninsula to a dynamic industrial hub with over 90 investors of different nationalities and industries. Deep C Haiphong I total land area is 541 ha and currently has more than 90 tenants. The distinct features of DEEP C Haiphong I is Petrochemical Park and Liquids Jetties. There are 30 tenants in the Petrochemical Park that have the privilege of direct access to Marine Terminal and supporting pipe rack for the purpose of handling liquid products. This unique concept differentiates DEEP C from other industrial zones, allowing its tenants to benefit from the shared use of the Liquids Jetty and reducing the initial investment on the construction of a private jetty.

With a total land area of 645 ha, Deep C Haiphong II has the capacity to house 25 or more tenants. Located to the northeast of zone I, this area enjoys the same prominent location advantage and investment incentives as its sister zone. Additionally, it is designed as a green-landscaped industrial area to achieve greater sustainability. The first road made from recycled plastics in Vietnam is in this zone.
